WebHad to replace mt old washer and dryer and settled on LG. Been having trouble with the wifi. Out of the box I couldn't connect to my home network from either using the LG app. Next thing I did was try a mobile Hotspot. That did work, so I at least knew the wifi on the machines was working. Next I upgraded the firmware on my router. Still no luck. WebIn order to use the WiFi on the washing machine, you have to connect the washer to the WiFi in your home by connecting your iPhone to the washer, enter it’s password then it’s supposed to connect to your home WiFi.
