WebHorrible pay and management! Raises are about $0.4 cents a year not to mention the work is extremely mentally exhausting! Management expects the world from you and gives no appreciation for a job well done (especially when it comes to pay)! Most people don’t even make it through the 3 week training period! CPSI is to be a laid back workplace, and there are definitely a few perks to working here, but they won't give you even a pinched-penny raise outside of their pre-ordained structure no matter your productivity level, success, ambition, or willingness to take on responsibilities in excess of your job description.

WebMar 28, 2024 · Low pay. Not a place to stay at long term. They don't have lay offs and they don't fire people very often as long as you abide by most of the rules, so there is job security. Company higher ups do not care about the comfort of employees. Benefits have been taking away: such as gym reimbursement, team lunch, etc. WebThe only good thing about working at CPSI is that your co-workers are generally pretty good people. Cons. You will make less than the industry average, no matter what you do. No matter what you do, your raise will as a general rule never exceed 3%. Top-level company management is highly incompetent - this extends layers deep, and will not change.
