Outbreak and Whisper had the seem thing where you had to do it 3 weeks straight. Idk if it's bugged or there are hidden feathers, but 44 seems plausible. 5. Continue this thread. level 1. The entrance to the quest for the first time is on the 2nd floor of the building where the original Hawkmoon quest is - there's a broken fireplace you can enter.
