The goal was to get this product out in a functional state while players are hyped enough to spend money on it. WebProbably best option. Full support you get leveled by other people 14-19 lvls higher then you. The more int the better buffs. You should check the skills its like for every 25 int stat the buffs gain +1 like heap up is lvl 20 = +20sta but every 25 int adds +1sta to the maxed buff.
