I don’t know what max heat is for a 3090. There have been cards that needed to be below 75c. I suppose it’s possible the 3090 is amongst them.

WebJul 17, 2024 · Here is the solution: For those of you who has a lock low temp lim, download asus GPU tweak 2 and it allows you to change the temp lim up to 93 degrees. Then use throttle stop and MSI afterburner to undervolt your gpu and cpu to stop the voltage limit from showing up and to keep cool.
