Injector o-rings
Webb28 maj 2013 · The injectors bouncing on the seat in the head, wear into the seat which breaks the seal between the injector and the seat. This allows compression to get up to the o-ring which causes them to deteriorate. There is no known repair of the seat.I can now recut those seats. What do you charge to recut the seats? Webb18 juli 2024 · Gas and oil will not harm injector o rings. Obviously, this doesn't apply to all o rings. I would not use silicon grease anywhere near fuel or air intake.
